What Happened to The Crooners: During their comeback tour, a Black 1950s vocal group takes a wrong turn down an isolated Appalachian highway and must escape before their voices get snatched by what lies in the hills and hollers.
This horror story was originally published in Nightmare, and later selected for The Best American Science Fiction and Fantasy 2025, guest edited by Nnedi Okorafor.
